Young Red 2024

A mountain blend of Maratheftiko, Ayiorgitko, Lefkada where low yield vineyards produce concentrate fruit with balanced natural acidity. Wine produced out of 20-30 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.

Slowly fermented in low temperature and matured for six months in used oak barrels, softening the tannins while maintaining its young fruit character. Incredible balance, with the potential to age gracefully for a few more years. Wine made following a lowintervention approach. Total annual production of 2,000 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.

Youthfully purple red with matured notes of leather and ink, this wine showcases mellow flavours or red fruits of the forest and subtle spices, together with velvety smooth tannins.
