Cultivated on rocky mountain slopes with mineral rich soils, producing natural low yields and wines of elegance and depth. Single Vineyard Wine produced out of 30-40 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.

Closely aged in oak for 18 months, refining its silky tannins while enhancing tis aromatic complexity. Wine made following a low-intervention approach and has been bottled unfiltered. Total annual production of 600 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.

Aromatic red layered with red fruits, bay leaf, and a gentle spice. Silky tannins and a velvety medium-bodied mouthfeel.
