Crafted solely from double-distilled spirit made from sun-dried grape skins, this exceptional expression is patiently matured for eight years in seasoned oak barriques that previously housed ’Anama Vintages. Unlike conventionally repurposed casks, these barrels are left entirely untouched before their transition from wine to spirit, preserving the absorbed essence of ’Anama Vintages deep within the wood.
Throughout its long maturation, the spirit gradually draws from these lingering traces, developing remarkable depth, richness, and complexity. The result is a rare, exceptionally smooth, naturally off-dry matured grape spirit with an elegant texture, layered aromas, and a lingering, refined finish.
