OUSIA - Oak Matured Zivania

Using young OUSIA as its foundation, this exceptional spirit is blended with a separately double-distilled spirit crafted from sun-dried grape skins. It is then patiently matured for eight years in seasoned oak barriques that previously held ’Anama Vintages. Before ageing, each barrel is meticulously cleansed with steam and high-pressure hot water to gently remove the wine absorbed within the wood, preserving only the subtle influence of its long maturation.
The result is a remarkably smooth, rich, and profoundly expressive spirit—rare in character, refined in texture, and distinguished by exceptional depth and elegance.
A distinguish companion to aged cheeses, smoked charcuterie, roasted nuts and dark chocolate, or beautifully enjoyed alongside a matured cigar for a slow, contemplative finish.
