Dry Red Wine, 750ml (1,150gr)
An indigenous Cypriot variety cultivated on dry limestone hillside, producing intensely coloured wines with naturally firm tannins. Single Vineyard Wine produced out of 30-40 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.
Patient oak maturation of 18 months allows powerful structure to soften, while revealing layers of dark fruit and spice. Wine made following a low-intervention approach and has been bottled unfiltered. Total annual production of 1,200 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.
Known for its rich and black fruit, cocoa and hints of tobacco aromas. Robust tannins and a full body structure allowing flavours of dark berries, plum, espresso, and sweet spice to unfold.
