Light Rosé 2025

A blend of Lefkada & Ayiorgitiko, from mountainous vineyards, where warm days and cool nights encourage bright fruity and lively acidity. Wine produced out of 20-40 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.

Gentle pressing with minimal skin contact followed by a cool stainless steel fermentation in a very low temperature, to preserve its delicate colours and freshness. Wine made following a low-intervention approach. Total annual production of 1,000 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.

Vibrant aromas of flowers, notes of sour cherries and strawberries.

Crisp and refreshing, perfectly enjoyed chilled on a hot summer day or as a palate cleanser for rich, spicy dishes. Gracefully suited to elegant meze, grilled prawns or watermelon with feta and halloumi, complementing sun-lit delicate flavours. Enjoyed even on its own as evening apéritif.
