Grown in low yield mountain vineyards of limestone and volcanic influence soils, producing deeply coloured grapes with exceptional concentration. Single Vineyard Wine produced out of 30-40 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.

Matured for 24 months in oak barriques, allowing time to evolve the tannins into a remarkable elegance and longevity. Wine made following a low-intervention approach and has been bottled unfiltered. Total annual production of 1,200 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.

Rich flavours of plum, dark berries, spices and a powerful body. A deep red, vigorous and tannic variety that transforms beautifully with age.
