Dark Rosé 2025

Carefully selected mountain grown Ayiorgitiko, Lefkada and Maratheftiko, cultivated on rocky limestone soil that encourages concentration and elegance. Wine produced out of 20-40 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.

The juice has been cold extracted after a 16 hours long skin contact, and fermented in seasoned French and American barriques, adding subtle complexity while preserving its vibrant fruity profile. Wine made following a low-intervention approach. Total annual production of 1,000 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.

Lush flavours of cherry, pomegranate, and forest berries meet subtle smoky notes, in a distinctive purple-magenta colour background.
