Thriving in well drained mountain soil, this noble varietal develops ripe fruits, balanced acidity and refined structure. Single Vineyard Wine produced out of 20-30 y.o. vines from Pachna village, Krassochoria, Limassol District, Cyprus.

Matured for 12 months in French and American Oak, adding spice, roundness, and velvety texture. Wine made following a low-intervention approach and has been bottled unfiltered. Total annual production of 1,000 bottles. We chose a light glass bottle, aiming to increase its transportability and reduce its carbon footprint.

Layered aromas of red berries, black cherries, and dried figs, intertwined with vanilla, nutmeg and a hint of mocha. Medium bodied mouthfeel elegantly rich in its softness.
