SOIL +

The fruit comes exclusively from a single vineyard in Zoopigi, at an altitude of over 1,100 metres, where century-old vines of the indigenous varieties Mavro and Xynisteri are cultivated entirely by hand using traditional tools. Following a careful hand harvest, the grapes undergo a controlled dehydration process on bespoke sun-drying beds, concentrating their natural richness and complexity.

VINIFICATION +

The wine is matured for 10 years in French oak barriques, developing remarkable depth, elegance and longevity. Produced in limited quantities, it is a true expression of its vineyard, heritage and time.

This family project is inspired by the legacy of Kyprion Nama, the world’s oldest recorded wine style, whose origins in Cyprus date back more than 5,000 years—a tribute to the island’s enduring winemaking tradition.

FOOD PAIRINGS +

Beautifully paired with aged salty or blue cheeses, fatty cuts, foie-gras with dark chocolate, dried fruits and roasted nuts or simply enjoyed on its own as a contemplative after - dinner wine or cigar companion.
